3. How do we handle the personal data we process?
3.1 Contacting through the form on our website
If you click on the “Contact” buttons on www.dominikvari.com, the contact form located on the homepage will appear.
What data do we ask for, why, and on what basis?
We offer this option so you can conveniently contact us directly from the website. We ask for your name and email address, and we process this data based on your consent. Sending a message does not subscribe you to any newsletter.
How long do we keep this data?
Your message will land in our inbox. If no business relationship is established, we will delete your message immediately. If a business relationship is established, your data will be deleted after the service is provided.
How can you withdraw your consent?
You can withdraw your consent by sending a message to vari.dominik@gmail.com. In this case, we will delete your message within one business day without keeping a copy, and your name will not be transferred to any list that contains deleted messages. Processing before withdrawal is considered lawful.
3.2 Direct messages sent to our public email address
If you send a message to vari.dominik@gmail.com, here's how we handle your data:
What data do we see about you, and why do we process it?
If you send a direct message to our public email, we will see your name, email address, and any other personal data you include in the message (e.g., your job, phone number, photo in your signature). We process this data based on your consent to communicate with you in writing or by phone.
How long do we keep this data?
If no business relationship is established, and you do not accept our offer, we will delete your message during regular inbox maintenance, conducted at least monthly.
How can you withdraw your consent?
You can withdraw your consent by sending a message to vari.dominik@gmail.com. In this case, we will delete your message within one business day. No copy will be kept, and your name will not be transferred to any list containing deleted messages. Processing before withdrawal is considered lawful.
What happens if you accept our offer?
If you accept our offer, your original message will be filed in a physical folder, as we will process the personal data you provided under the contract basis.
3.3 Fulfilling our invoicing obligations
What data do we see about you, why do we process it, and on what basis?
We primarily issue invoices electronically. For invoicing, we request the following data: invoicing name, invoicing address, tax number, and email address. If your business does not accept electronic invoices, we will send a paper invoice, requesting only your name and mailing address. If you would like a scanned version of the paper invoice, we also need your email address.
We ask you to pay by bank transfer, and the bank statement will include your name and bank account number. Invoicing is a legal obligation, which is why we require this data.
How long do we keep this data?
The retention period is not our decision; the law requires us to keep these data for the year of issuance plus an additional eight years.
What happens if you don't provide the requested data?
We won’t be able to fulfill our invoicing obligations, making it impossible to provide the requested service.
